Completed Rule suggestion: Merging the VSH and FF2 Rules (1 Viewer)

Not sure if this was suggested before, and if it was then I'm not sure what the outcome was.

The rules on VSH are currently very strict due to the "teaming" rule, since you have to actively deal damage as all classes. On FF2 it's a lot more relaxed, since you can camp as certain classes like Demo with stickies, Heavy, Engineer or Sniper without having to worry about getting punished for sitting in one place not doing anything.

Below is the current "camping as red" rule on FF2:

You may camp as red if you are:
  • Pyro with the phlog
  • Demo with active stickies
  • Heavy
  • Engineer
  • Medic while healing a camping class
  • Sniper
You may not camp as red if you are:
  • Scout
  • Soldier
  • Pyro without the phlog
  • Demo without active stickies
  • Medic while not healing a camping class
  • Spy

I rethought what I said a few months ago in the teaming rule clarification and decided that certain classes should be able to camp on VSH without worry.

My suggestion is to add the "camping as red" rule to VSH and either getting rid of my teaming rule clarification or rewriting it a bit.

Let me know your thoughts, poll will be up for 2 weeks.
 
i agree, but im afraid if it will make half the team to camp...
 
I'm in favor of everything except pyro without the phlog beacuse, in VSH the pyro is a defense and support class, not an attack class
 

All sorted. This shouldn't change enforcement for FF2.
