Hi folks, I said months ago that I want to give Demopan a actual Charge (to the ppl ingame), well, today i will introduce you the kit rework that comes along the Charge.
Replacement for this rework that is tasked up

I kept the Mini-crit and Crit hit in the Charge of the Chargin' Targe BUT I capped the damage:
Mini-crit will deal 195 damage
Crit will deal 207 damage (Not just in the charge, people like to abuse Taunt crits btw.)
Buffing him inside the Charge but not too much.
He will deal no Charge Impact damage
His Chargin' Targe has a recharge of 5~ seconds
Will add a delay before he will be able to use his Charge but for now the Chargin' Targe spawns directly on the round start.

Stuff I have removed / changed:
- The Haste Powerup
- Rage melee
- Super Jump works with RELOAD only now

Buffs I have done:
- Increased his rage distance
- Increased player stuns upon rage
- decreased his Jump charge from 1 seconds down to 0.5, almost a insta charge.

Nerfs I have done:
- Reduced his HP
- Increased his Super Jump cooldowns, they are now: (Jump cooldown - 6.3 > 8.3 seconds / Before first use - 3.4 > 4.3 seconds)
- Nerfed his melee damage from 202 down to 182
- Lowered the Megaheal (Quickfix ubercharge) duration

A info aside: Im just finishing things that should have been finished months ago or that has been tasked up and havent been touched once. Therefore i have time at the moment and being able to do these stuff.
