jailbreak rules

Most other Jailbreak servers I've played on allowed for reds to hit, if not chase, BLU baiters. I think this would be a good idea for this server, as there is otherwise no punishment for baiters. Now, such a rule would allow reds to hit baiters, and if we allow them to chase baiters, only for 5...

I was playing jailbreak today and the warden playing 9 square for 3 maps in a row, can we add a rule that makes it to were you can only play a minigame 2 or 3 times per map? or just not 2 days (rounds) in a row? also i propose that blues must be with warden at all times unless warden gives them...

If one was to go into the Jailbreak server rules (https://www.panda-community.com/threads/jailbreak-rules-06-04-2017.11901/) one would find that there's no mention of a death request (DR). Though it's common place to give a prisoner a DR after they have selected a LR. A simple set of rules...
