I'm not protesting a ban I completed the 360 ban but after the next map rotation it banned me again. I just need it to be fixed

I had a 360 team ban on guard team and when I finally finished it I played on blue for one round and then on the next map it said I was team banned again. I didn't do anything so there was no reason for me to be re banned can you please fix it.
