Alright, I am just going to start this off by saying that I have no evidence yet, as I don’t have any recording software or other tools installed. I can only count on witnesses, as there are many people, trusted regulars, that have seen him break the rules in all ways imaginable, from illegal sprays, to insulting people, to mocking admins and other toxic behaviours. I was playing on the vsh this evening and he and a few friends of his (I think, I don’t know for sure, but they had the same attitude as him.) were tearing up the place and making it incredibly hard for people to enjoy the game, especially as hale, since its always your fault for killing HIM, you are always focusing HIM, and you always get a bunch of insults thrown towards you. This session fish-chaz was also online and we warned him multiple times to stop breaking rules, to which he mocked us. Chaz even said he wanted to make a report on him, so here I am making mine, I will try to collect evidence of this player breaking the rules, but I just wanted to notify you people and ask you, especially the vsh admins to keep an eye on him.

Please only report if you have the evidence. It's nice you've decided to warn us but at the same time we couldn't just go off word alone from regular players.
