Lowkey I'm down to just get rid of warden decides and say all ties are a yes

Agreed we just need some blanket rule to give us consistent outcomes and avoid favoritism. Either all ties are a yes or all ties are a no. I think the way the rule is written right now is too confusing, and many players like myself actually thought it was acceptable to have wardens be the tiebreaker.

The problem with this suggestion specifically is that it not only leads to inconsistent outcomes, it actually requires the outcome to be inconsistent by forcing the warden to allow the plugin to decide randomly if a player who ties lives or dies. It actually makes the problem that it’s trying to solve worse.

Anyway maybe the poll needs to change or otherwise I’m willing to make a suggestion after this is (hopefully) declined that in any case if there’s a tie in diner/theater it’s treated as a win.

im glad y'all liked excluding wardens vote but forcing whenever the tie will be a yes or no isn't necessary. by removing warden vote the outcome will be decided from other votes by the guards

i think that would make it more realistic and less favoring ig

Peronsally I would rather the warden states before the game starts (which I see a good amount of wardens doing). That way it eliminates all favoritism and still allows a bit of fluidity to where more reds are taken out/live. As a few people as well as myself said- the rule needs clarification, not removal.
