Reason for mute: "Moaning"

Was just making some stupid noises on a dodgeball server with another player, other players starting saying they couldn't hear me, wasn't given any warning just muted. Harsh considering I have no previous offences that I am aware of nor was I given any warning by the admin/mod, the other player doing the same thing also received no punishment for the same thing.
