Hello, Ty Kevin for accepting my unban appeal. As previously mentioned I was planning on making this appeal as the next step to a clean slate on the server so, here it is . This appeal is for both my gag, and my guardban, I also wanted to wait a bit and not dive in as soon as I got forum unbanned.

Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: So as most people who are still active on JB from when I was, they'd know I had a rough history due to my own behaviour and I apologise for that. I hope now, that after a year people will be able to see how much I have changed my approach on things including rules and just towards people in general when its needed. I don't know if this helps much, but I have now been adminning on a server and during this experience, I have learnt how to acknowledge rules on servers, understand them better, and hold back on actions if it goes past the line that is drawn, relative to any server. I hope I can have this chance to prove even more if I get all these privileges back that this experience, plus getting older and maturing more that I have definitely changed. Unfortunately, due to circumstances being the game mode, it is very hard to play a lot, when 50% of communication is cut off and I cant play on blue it makes it very difficult to either communicate in general or play on what I think is still my favourite side of the team. I do enjoy being warden and I hope people have enjoyed me being warden in the past as well. All things that have been my main source of fun was taken away by my own stupidity, and I hope now the admins of JB will give me the chance to rectify those mistakes by accepting this appeal, and also accepting this apology. I am optimistic about the future I can have with this community again which started with Kevin forum unbanning me and hopefully rekindle some friendships that I made along the way. I also thank you guys for putting up with me for as long as you did, I know I was kind of a hassle. I assure you I won't be like that anymore. Thank you

Previous Guardban appeal

As the one who issued the guardban I feel it's appropriate for me to give some information here. Stated in the last appeal, Madact mentioned this one, if valid, would be un-appealable. Although it has been around 18 months since it was issued, and I am no longer admin, I believe this is something that should be taken into account. Good luck with your appeal.

All right so looking into this we'll start with the gag.

Because you broke your last chance, I won't really consider it until 2021 August. If I lifted it now, I'd be favouring as I'd be against the system I'm sticking too.
You're not muted though so you should still be able to communicate. Unfortunate about not being able to do custom LRs because of it. You can ask an admin to forcelr on themselves to give you the custom LR you request. Hopefully the admin is nice enough too x) You'd have to communicate it though via voice or steam messages.

As for the teamban. I think I'm safe to speak on behalf of the team as they've come to a conclusion.

They said that they wish to see you more on the server playing for a couple of months before lifting the teamban. Suggested at least 3 months. This is to make sure that you're not just appealing now to then go back to any naughty behaviour without proving if you have truly changed for the better.
