SourceBans Ban URL: Not sure exactly what this link is referring to, but: https://bans.panda-community.com/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=Kettei&Submit=Search seems to be the link?

Reason about the Ban: Teamkilling.
Admin that Banned you: Luigi123.
Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute: I was reported for teamkilling (https://www.panda-community.com/threads/team-kill.13964/). I find that the situation based off the screenshot does not depict the instance completely. My own image shows a bit more of the situation, right afterwards by about ten seconds (https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd....598/FA65E6D72FA484D64B064FDE522386F4576358B5/).
A basic premise that can be reasonably assumed. I am obviously not a player who joins the servers to disrupt them. I join the servers to deliver originality to BLU team wardening, which is a thing that seems to be dead in this day and age's TF2 Jailbreak.
A few questions arise on the situation;
Why would I heal, then hit, then heal, then hit, then kill a heavy? If I was a teamkiller, wouldn't I just swing twice and kill him? That's the most effective way to kill.
This is addressed in the report - I was building uber, and as everyone knows, uber builds faster when not operating on overheal. So, the immediate thought is - why would I kill someone on whom I'm still building uber? I obviously wasn't trying to. It was accidental.
Another question - why in the hell did the heavy whom I'm healing (yoyoyaso2222) jump off the raised area, and take fall damage? If you look at the two screenshots, you can see that the area of death is an area in which increased fall damage can occur (off the upper wall area). The heavy whom I had been healing had jumped off, gone below the 200+ health that he had had prior to jumping (remember the mark from a critted Ubersaw hit is 195), and died from my Ubersaw swing. Why would I purposely kill him in such a manner, instead of just swinging twice? Point is, I obviously was not trying to kill him.
Why doesn't he say 'stop hitting me, you might kill me if I fall?' Why doesn't he say 'stop hitting me, it's BLU freehitting' or something along those lines? Instead, after his death, he says 'I can still report you for blue teamhitting, you know.'
The full dialogue went something like this, and can be seen in these two screenshots ( ). All marked by asterisk(*) are over mic.
"Uber yourself." - In order to begin regenerating the next Uber. This is commonly done to farm Ubers on Strange Weapons.
I Uber, it runs out, whack him twice, heal him. At this point, we're above Disco, running past Nine Square, and he's at around 210 HP. The reason I'm not safing (hitting when there's no chance of him dying, overhealing, hitting again) is in order to maximize uber afterwards and not have to click multiple times. He jumps at ~210 hp, lands at 180 (according to him), and I hit him immediately, killing him. Why would he jump when he knows I'm hitting him? To purposely try and get a report on me. At no point does he say to stop hitting him prior to death.
"screen shotted"
"fall damage, thanks a lot"
"I had 180 health before fall damage"
"You had 210, not 180."*
"yeah no"
"Yes you did, I saw it."*
"btw I can still report u for blu freehitting ya know"
Why didn't he tell me to stop prior to the death? Why did he say after death, "I can report for free hitting?" Obviously, he wasn't trying to get a report for freehitting? He was rooting for a report on a teamkill, purposely going to this admittedly minor length in order to get a bigger punishment on me.
I feel like it's not just to harshly punish someone who's obviously not trying to be a negative influence on the server, to a degree that a cancerous, harassing individual would be. I also feel that this report, and the act of allowing himself to be teamkilled was carried out with the intent of ruining my chances of becoming a server administrator, which is something that I had been expressing desire to become earlier on the server. My chances now are slim to none, with a ban for "teamkilling" on my record.
Why am I web banned, not guardbanned? Why is it twelve hours, not something more moderate?
