Hi there, I'm looking to appeal my perma-ban from the Tf2 Panda community servers.

The ban happened a while ago and to be honest, I don't remember the exact details. I think I was shooting into spawn, but at the time I didn't know that was against the rules.

I checked the Ban List and the Reason says "Duplicate Account", which makes no sense to me, since I've never had an account other than this one.

Anyways, I'll treat everyone with respect and make sure to follow all of the rules.

Thats still not the template youre supposed to use.
@Tolfx had just given the correct template for the unban. What you made was basically a copy paste of your Sourcebans.
To avoid any more misunderstandings, use this template

Come now, the only reason we ask people to use the template is to make sure we get all the info we need and don't have to chase it all down. He gave us all the info. The format hardly matters at that point

The ban has nothing to do with you shooting into spawn, so don't worry about that.
The ban is in fact a mistake by Console. If this appeal wasn't so long I would start asking some questions, but I don't want to prolong this any further. So I'm just going to do the standard guess.
If you are using a VPN, we advise that you don't use it on our servers has hackers end up using VPNs to get away with what they do, so a lot of the time VPN IPs get banned due to this.
But the ban is 3 years ago, so I'm more leaning towards you aren't using a VPN. Just your service provider is recycling IPs.

I've removed the IP from the ban list and lifted your ban, sorry you had to take your time out to do this. But it's all sorted now Glad you'll respect the community's rules!
