Yes aware that he was informed to give orders and he failed to do so. What I'm trying to imply is that he was confused and was unable to give orders in time. Not an excuse but just try to be more understanding IMO. After all I don't think he was intentionally doing it unlike other rule breakers.

What _green is referring to is a mic not working without prior knowledge of the wardened blu. Accidents happen and if he was to continue on blue with knowledge of a broken mic then thats obstructing the gamemode and ignoring the "must have a mic to be blu" rule.
