@fanthom he means blocking. He is blocking the entrance to the teleport room with a dispencer the spy if fixated in the air. Although dependent on the evidence it may require a demo or a clearer screenshot

yea, a demo would be better in this case because I dont know what the screenshots should tell me.
Next time use the demo functions of tf2 or go into spec and show it clearly.
