For next time try to have a video so admins can see the backstory of the whole situation (whether it was done on purpose or not or if there's any reason behind it). Because right now it's only one screenshot of a single team kill, which the admins might find pretty hard to punish someone for

Invalid Due to the required evidence needed is a demo or a sort of video showing it happen. With a screenshot, it does not show the full story on what happened meaning the admin cant do anything.
