There's some pieces to this puzzle missing that I'd like. Namely what the current order was, who the warden was if there even was one. There's a red saying to stay in medic so I could presume the killed reds just followed a false order.
Do you have any additional evidence? Both of the linked clips show the same video so I'm presuming there's another clip you have but didn't link correctly.

The current order was stay inside medic I believe I don’t have 15 seconds before it because there was so much going so I don’t even know if the warden even said stay in medic.so this really doesn’t help at all because I don’t know what the orders were from before because I was presuming he said go to medic.
