Why should we revoke your punishment? I was on my medication for my sickness and i was loopy so, i may have said some wronging and weird things but it wont happen again

Not a fan of you not owning up to your rather gross and strange behavior and blaming it on medication. You were not on medication the other 5-6 times you were gagged. This is a permanent gag that you haven't even served a complete month from and i don't feel comfortable allowing you to be ungagged until atleast a couple of months go by to hopefully ensure this doesn't happen again.

I believe this should be Declined for the time being, stay out of trouble for a couple months and try again some time in June.
