  happened around 23:59 March 19 (GMT-5) (yesterday at night) and other ppl saw it too. One even said that they had a recording but deleted it because of mercy or something

Sadly I have to decline this. I cannot punish someone for MFK by screenshots alone as there isn't enough context of that screenshot. But hey, we all been there. For your next report, I highly suggest you to use any video recording software (OBS , Nvidia Shadowplay , Xbox Game Bar recording software , etc etc etc) or you can use TF2's demo recording software.
