(context: karl was killed as a freeday, wasn't watching him at the time so i don't know why, which caused him to drop a slur which he was gagged for shortly afterwards plus the quote posted below, then joins blue team. the clip takes place the round immediately after the fact)

The Video and Event logs show that he clearly teamkilled intentionally at the start of the round so he'll be receiving a teamban. Also found some not so nice chatlogs so he'll be receiving a gag as well.

(If you could, try to get a longer video next time! For this situation its fine but it would helps us out bunches in the future )
