The FF is part of DR.

Edit: The LR receiver agreed that ff should be turned on and allow team killing. If it was illegal, I wouldn't have been able to do it with the admin multiple times, especially when team-killing him.

Rules also state ''FF may be used during DR but the last red must specify if Guards can teamkill as this is the only instance where it can be allowed.''

The concern is understandable since this isn't a very well-known rule but I will be declining this as the rules do permit this instance of BLU teamkilling.
