I treat people jumping on disappearing platforms on purpose like that as blocking/teamkilling (depends on context).

Either way, a 5 secs clip showing the guy doing it twice is only worth a warning, unless you can get more evidence it's gonna get declined.

The problem is that the player learn now, what he can do and how long. I think, that the player do it do because he know that I report this things
