Do you have a longer clip? I can't tell from the video if he actually rewardened without being allowed to from a 16 second clip and console logs doesn't really help me here.

Unfortunately console logs aren't a viable source of evidence and i am lacking some context with the shortness of the clip so to be on the safe side i'll go ahead and decline this.
