Reporting this guy again since it seems like he had a rather bad day and can't get off my d'ck for some reason xD

This sounds like a shitty situation to be in, the problem is we can't really do anything if the evidence is just screenshots of him joining a server.
Checking his chatlogs also reveals nothing sooo I cant really punish him for anything.

Since this seems to be a recurring thing, consider learning to watch and use demos or any other recording software.
It's the best form of evidence for these cases, we want to help but you need to take the initiative.
