This one is a wee bit tough.
So the crux of this, is that the warday shouldn't have been allowed per when the round started.
Knowing people and their affections towards warday, it wouldn't surprise me if someone spammed 'WARDAY' in chat or voice before the round began.
Given how warden seems to be talking to the voices, I presume you have some of the blus muted, and probably for good reason.
This does leave me somewhat in the dark regarding context though. Not sure if people are telling him it was too early, or if someone is spamming to do it anyways.
This might've been what caused the confusion for both the warden and Thyton.
I wanna say the Warden got the memo that Warday is only for when the map is 2:00 or less, which would explain the back and forth, but the eventual commitment to the illegal warday is what will sadly earn him a guardban.
Thyton is a case in their own. First kill seemed fine, but also weird in that he wasn't going to the warday location. The warday is invalid so I suppose it's the right thing to do, but it does seem a little mean camping the naturally confused reds. Kind of a lose-lose situation for him, but all the kills were indeed valid, killing either KOS people or those in armory.
No punishments for him since he played by the books.
