Adding my reference to this report, as this isn't the first offense Jazzjaz has done.

I would however like to explain the situation on what occured beforehand, as I was there at the moment it happend.
Jazzjaz freekilled yes, he shouldn't have done it.
I will say however that the context of the event is missing and I got the context.

The (invalid) LR was to rush Jazzjaz and kill him. Memez was the warden, but 0liv3 was giving the false order to eliminate him.
The blue's let this moment happen and did not kill the reds who tried to kill Jazzjaz.
Afterwards, the armoury got opened by a blue to get ammo (in this case, thanks to the video, it was by 0liv3) to kill Jazz. It was at that moment he killed the reds.

I want to add that just because he's a kid, doesn't mean that the rules should be bent for a kid whom you find annoying.

(On my part, I know I should've typed that this was not allowed. I however did not drink my coffee around that time and I did not anticipate this situation)

So after reviewing all the evidence, I fully agree with Musi's statement and will not be punishing jazzjaz for this.

This is an invalid LR, and I don't know why memez (the warden) was enforcing this. As well, pretty much all the REDs I saw him kill in the clip were either in armory or heading into it after Oliv3 decided to open armory for the REDs; REDs going into armory is KOS regardless of the context. If the "I will mass freekill again" statement was an empty threat I can't really do anything about that.

I will however be queueing teambans for memez for enforcing an illegal LR, and Oliv3 for helping him enforce it and opening armory for REDs.

Even though it's not on the player that's actually being reported in this report, I'll consider this report accepted.

UPDATE: jazzjaz will be teambanned but because of a different report, and it will be a regular 120 minute teamban.
