What server game mode is the report concerned with? Jailbreak

What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:1:534060835

What is the reason of the report? Activating BK Massacure When I was trying to do prophunt.

Any other proof you have Its hard to see in the first video, but in the second video you can clearly see BK massacure activate once he shoots his rifle at the button.
