Dog, we are not going to have a philosophical debate on if an anime character with a huge ass shoved to a screen is appropriate or not, its a tf2 server. Stop having a fit whenever you dont get your way, you were already told before to not have sexually themed sprays and you have continued to ignore admins. Go outside and stop obsessing over being able to post anime girls on a video game.

Our rules state

c) Inappropriate personal content
Publicly visible content within sprays or avatars that is deemed sexual, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate, is forbidden.

Your spray is clearly of sexual nature. Please change it. Since you're aware of the report and presumably would just change your spray and appeal the ban immediately I won't issue a sprayban.
Should you get reported with the same spray or a different sexual spray again however it will result in a spray ban which you will have to appeal.

The report is accepted I suppose.
