I'm a little cautious on wanting to hand out a teamban regarding this because this looks very much accidental.
He turns it on around 5 seconds in and has no reaction to doing so, however when reds begin to kill eachother at 25-30 seconds in he immediately turns it off and its clear from his demenor that its a mistake.
I also joined the server right after this round and CPL was warden the next round and was completely fine the whole duration.
Ill go ahead and give CPL a warning next time im online, but im gonna mark this as declined as i dont think this warrants a Teamban. Thank you for the report nontheless.
