What server game mode is the report concerned with? jailbreak

What is the accused persons's SteamID? STEAM_0:0:111255879

What is the reason of the report? lr was rtd warday and they placed a bunch of stickies on the ammo packs in armory before heading to the warday spot, when reds entered armory they detonated the stickies killing multiple people. I don't have a recording but I have a sc of the console logs
