But wouldnt Red Chicken also have freekilled since he basically did the same as Cash Money. So why report one person but not the other one?

i couldn't see the person he was killing, so i don't know if it was freekill or not

This is one freekill and not even intentional in my opinion. Its one of those orders which you can easy nitpick but you risk yourself getting killed.
