He turned on illegal FF so I teamkilled him to rewarden and turned off FF and continued the round

Instead of reporting Asper for trying to reclaim order of the round you should be reporting the pyro (SirPupper) walking up to the entire stack and massbaiting via airblast.

I believe Asper was in the right to teamkill the warden in this scenario and he will not recieve a guardban, sirpupper on the other hand will for a mass airblast as pointed out by cowboy.
