Reason of gag: Insulting another player

My Appeal: So its just a regular night playing JB and I decided to just joke around like I always do. The thing I like to do is go and say "hey your ugly" in reference to the engineer who has that same line "your ugly". So I decided to target Moxarae who was pyro with a cat ear jacket on and joke that he was a furry. I decided to say "hey you look good" and then say "lolno your ugly and a furry". Obviously I meant no harm and i later contacted Moxarae to clear up that i meant no harm and he understood and never took it seriously. Another reason i think that i should be unbanned other than the un-malicious intent i had, was that prior to this incident, I ive called people ugly on many accounts and everyone knows its a joke. I have no beef with anyone on this server and infact, ive started to main on this server because of how much fun I have been having. Travis has even been on when I stated many times to others "hey your ugly". Looking at this I understand why it may have come out as rude or Insulting, but seriously, this is the internet. You get called things far worse than "ugly" on a daily basis and getting gagged for saying that just doesnt feel right. I just want to clear up again that I have no beef with anyone and I have never had any drama and I really like this server alot.

There is no reason why one shouldn't be able to appeal a short punishment if it feels wrong. After all they do contribute to stacking, however short they may be.

Boop just out of interest you put in your appeal you said he was just ugly. But the first thing I read was that you called him ‘“ugly as fuck” and not just ugly like you said. Seems he had a perfect basis to ban you. That seems pretty toxic and regardless of if you know the player doesn’t mean you can fill chats with “jokey” insults. If you wanna do that private message him.

Seeing that you were talking to a friend, i would see it okay to remove this gag. I came on the server answering someones message about a player and I normally look for anyone breaking rules, I gagged you due to you insulting before but I know you as a friend and I can see you saying this as a joke aswell. You may Accept this appeal.
