Hey!
Is it possible to fix the problem of randomly somoene getting kicked from a class, I understand that donators can cause this because they can join whatever class they want when they want, but the people who aren't donators (also me) wouldn't want to get screwed over and have to play another class because they get kicked from the one they played.

Yeah there's no fix at the moment. If you don't wanna get kicked from a class, donate, as Kevin said.
