Wish i could tell who button griefed boss fight but i can't tell from the POV (Demo would've been clutch)

Usually we like to give the benefit of doubt to people, but it looks like he pressed the door open button without permission which he shouldn't be doing and should have had reasonable suspicion an entire stack of reds were down there. I believe this blue needs to take some time off blue team for a bit.
