I personally believe a ping limit would improve the playing experience of panda JB for everyone (except people with high ping lol)

Best to specify what ping limit you are aiming for. Depending on your answer you will basically ruin the Jailbreak playerbase since many people from Europe come to play aswell.
@Zee could suffer from that aswell, preventing him from administrating at all.
And if the limit is something like ≥300 then what's the point? Almost no one ever actively plays on a server when their ping gets that high. And even if it is someone with ≥300 ping, 99% of the cases are from people that have their internet going a full 180° for a minute.
