why I should be unmuted : I believe I should only have gotten a week worth of being muted rather than being perm muted , I wasn't talking over warden (Jailbreak) rather i was just making noises , donald duck noises to be specific

Hello Gruff, the reason you've been perma-muted is the fact you've been muted 5 times previously. Personally I don't like perma-punishing people without a very good reason.

Now regarding the reason of your mute, if you've checked the sourcebans you'd see that you've been punished for being increasingly toxic on mic to other players and not micspamming or "making noises".

This is your chatlog, its full of insulting other people, that and the reason of the mute being toxicity, I'll have to say no to the appeal personally, but I'll leave the final decision to a full.

I don't see the reason why you should be unmuted for your toxicity when you are doing the same thing in your chat. If you are being serious about your appeal, prove to us that you should be unmuted by showing it in your chatlogs. I expect clean chatlogs the next time you appeal.
