The previous nerf to serious sam was his health, that did put him on a much easier level to deal with but as I mentioned in the previous suggestion to nerf his health I will bring it up again here. His weapons do massive amounts of damage and negate the purpose of a nest of players.
Pistol: Can 2-3 shot an overhealed heavy
SMG: 25 ammo in the clip with 75 in reserve as well as doing 32 damage per bullet no matter the range
Rocket Launcher: Able to wipe an area of reds in 1 rocket
Shotgun: 2 shots an overhealed heavy.
Grenade launcher: does 300 damage per pill
Minigun: 50 ammo on top of speed suffers no downside
With that in mind, I would like to suggest specific nerfs to each weapon
*Pistol: gets 10 ammo and does 25 damage
*SMG: gets only 25 ammo and does 20 damage that gets affected to 5 based on range
*Rocket Launcher: 2 ammo and damage can stay the same
*Shotgun: Reduce ammo to 4 and reduce damage to 75
*Grenade Launcher: Reduce damage to 200 per pill
*Minigun: Reduce ammo to 25 and have a small speed decrease upon spinup.
