Declined Minimum playtime to be on blue (1 Viewer)

As of right now the situation in NY is pretty bad (Pretty sure I heard that kid that strangled his cat on mic again) so I thought about a possible solution and I believe one hour playtime on either jailbreak server should be required to play on blue. This would basically almost end off freekill lord as he would have actually play on red and would get most new players familiar with Panda's different rule set but not to the point of having to become a regular just to play on blue. It would seem simple as it would just require tracking of gameme play time to see if the player has reached 1 or more hours of playtime.

Why is freekill lord not even forum banned? he has no reason to be here, hes perma banned and has 37 banned alts on sb, another easy way to get rid of him is just a forum ban.
