I live in GMT (GreenWich Mean Time) I am from Bristol, United Kingdom and my online times vary due to the fact that I work for a living but on my days off I am online all day.

Previous experience in Admin/Mod:
I do not have experience as an Admin in Team Fortress 2 but I have been watching admins like DeadSworn for what, he does for the consequences to rule breakers, plus I help him in the server enforcing rules to help keep the server a fun place to be and he also tells me when I am wrong and corrects me on what ruling it is meant to be.

What Panda Community servers do you usually play on?:
I play on the Dodgeball server #4 (my main) and #19 as it is a good game mode, I have been getting better and better at the game mode and I know that when I first started I was rubbish at it which is why on my gameME my deaths toll is much larger than my kill toll, I enjoy playing the game mode as the game in itself is unpredictable because you never know which way the rocket is going and you have to listen out for the sentry sound.

Do you have experience with administrating with SourceMod?:
No, I am not familiar with the SourceMod but I am a fast learner so it will not take me long to figure it out.

Why should we choose you?:
I am a fair person I enjoy playing on the servers, however I sometimes see problems that I wish I could do something about. If I see a rule breaker and an admin is not online on the server I would use the !call plugin but if I know there is an admin on my list who understands and knows the rules for Dodgeball I would call them in or if there is no admin on I would record a demo with the persons name, steam ID and the rules they broke.

What will you do as Admin?:
All the consequences that I would give out are all listed below.

1. Hacking - I will ban them for a week with the reason on why then chat to my mentor(s) about it and see what they say about it (what I will do as a trial)
2. !call abuse - This will result in two warnings if they continue then it will be a 60 minute ban
3. AFK - If a player is afk first I will move them to spectate after to round of them dieing without moving they are still afk by then they will be kicked for an active player
4. Mic/chat spam - If a player is micspamming/chat spamming and interupting the round they will be warned to stop if they continue then they will be muted/gagged for 60 minutes
5. Admin disrespect - If a player is being disrespectful towards an admin they will be asked not to or they will be muted/gagged if the player continues then they will be muted/gagged for 60 minutes
6. Stealing/blocking - If a player steals or blocks then I will first warn them if they continue then I will slay them if the continue after that I will ban them for 60 minutes.
7. Inapropriate spray - If a player has a pornographic spray which is showing ass, tit's or genitelia I will first ask them to change their spray if they do not I will kick them with the reason why if they come back with the same spray then I will ban them for 10 minutes
8. Orbiting for too long - If a player is making a rocket fly round them for a while before airblasting it away I will tell them not to do that again if they carry on I will either slap or freeze them if they continue after that they are slayed for the round if they do it again after they will be banned for 60 minutes
9. Suiciding on purpose to surprize teammates - If a rocket it coming to a specific player and they suicide to surprize a teammate I will first tell them not to do it again if they continue I will kick them with the reason why and if they do it again I will ban them for 30 minutes
10. Player disrespect - If a player is attacking someone else either for no reason or before they died I would first tell them to stop it if they continue I will either gag or mute them for 5 minutes if they continue after that I will kick them with the reason why if they come back and continue I will ban them for 60 minutes
11. Map exploitation - If a player makes a rocket go outside the map where is cannot come back in will first result in a kick with the reason why if they come back and continue then they will be banned for 60 minutes

Panda #4 = 2 days 21:05:45 hours
Panda #19 = 03:04:58 hours
In total 3 days combined

Yeah I've been teaching you stuff for while and alot of people think you'll do well, which I hope will be true.
I believe you deserve a trial position, I hope you'll be accepted as we currently need admins on dodgeball and I think you'll be suited well for the job as do other dodgeball players.

I give to give Michael a yes, not because we could use another admin on dodgeball, but because he's a fair player, helps other people, and is a nice person in general.
As for him not having experience with sourcemod there's always DedSwen and the other admins which can help in any way.

Soo, here are, as you would put it, my 2 pennies worth of this application:
I've seen you quite often around, on the Forums and ingame ofcourse. You have always been a friendly Person but in my eyes you attempted a bit too hard to be friendly to everybody.
Ingame you attempt to enforce the rules as good as you can, never swear except ofcourse cheesy swears and lets not forget your attempts to teach new Players how to Play certain gamemodes which in my opinion is worth hella lot!

Now its time for some negative Feedback too:
Even tough you attempt to be as friendly as possible you seem to get angered quite easily, simple words drive you mad. This could lead to your punishments being influenced by your Feelings.
Your acting on the Forums seems a bit, how should i put it without sounding rude....dick suckish. Thats what i meant with:"You are being too friendly."

I will give you a good, neutral 0.

I thank you for your honesty and if I come across as trying to be 'too friendly' then thank you for pointing that out as I had no idea and secondly I feel that me swearing is mostly aimed at randomness when I die and I also know that if I am accepted I have to stop this and I can tell you now that it will stop and that is the truth but again Fluffy thank you for the honesty I will take this and work on what I need to work on.

• You went on to other communities and shit-talked about panda.(you can read about it here: https://www.panda-community.com/threads/hello.4911/) I know you apologized for it but I still ask myself, does he really deserve a change in the staff team after that? And what if a similar thing happens again when he is a staff member, what if he takes it out on the playerbase instead?
• you have failed fill up the requirments in your earlier apps, you were either to impatient to wait to fill up the requirments or you simply didn't read the requirments. I don't know what's worse...

1. That was at a time where I did not know which way to go, and there are others within the community who still tell me about that I have to say that knowing the fact that I done that really hurts. Also I would not take it out on the playerbase at all as for the fact of the matter is that I f*cked up and I could have been told no f*ck you go away don't want you hear instead I have had my apology accepted from members of the community and all I want to do in all honesty is move forward from that.
2. Yes I failed to meet the requirements but that was before I stopped and thought hard about what I was doing I feel with those others I was too impatient.

Yes that is true and that is one thing I hate about myself is that I get offended to easily which is what I am working on I don't want to be a 'cry baby' about sh*t like that I mean for me it is nut up or shut up time as I am 22 and I need to start acting like it not acting like a 13-14 year old little brat who will throw a tantrum if he cannot get his own way.

Lastly RedSpike I thank you for the honesty and note that most of the things you have pointed out are true the only thing that is not true is that I will never take it out on a playerbase that is one thing I refuse to do and if you feel that I am not ready I respect your honesty on that to.

Honestly I think you guys should give him a chance. He is a nice player, also to me and I am not a staff member. He has made some mistakes but everyone does that so I think you guys should forget and forgive what happened in the past because he has been a very dedicated player on this community for a long time now. I tend to give you a -1 for the reasons stated above, but since you seem really concerned about rulebreakers, are (a little to) friendly and you wrote a new and different application this time I'll stick to a neutral 0.

Actually after some thinking I can confirm that he gets angry easily because he was losing yesterday at mariokart he called me a price (I took it in a friendly way don't know if he really meant that) but after all he is a very nice guy I honestly hope that he gets a another chance because he is a very friendly person but sometimes too friendly and I remember that 1 time he said very nice things about clic but he was lying just to get a +1 in his upcoming app (as redspike mentioned)

In all honesty that is why I stay with arena mode games because fast re-spawn games where you do not have to wait sometimes make me rage and no I did not mean it in a rude way I think my mic may have been bugging out a little because I was laughing aswell

i think zeprus mean by that that you seem sometimes to friendly that you can not believe everything you. Sometimes it seems like you're more likely to say things you do not mean seriously.
you are an active player, but unfortunately I do not know you yet so well that I can decide whether you are the right one, I can´t vote something about u.
That's the reason why I consider myself out and I stay neutral.

Here we go again,

From my point of view you're just trying to get an admin tag, first of all, by building friendships with all the Panda community staff, even if you think the complete opposite of him/her, you'll just act like the friendliest guy around infront of him/her, to win his/her potential support in case of a future application.

You also love sharing your opinion on everything, and overacting on things that doesn't concern you at all (when, let's be honest, no one here really care), which could easily lead to share confidential internal informations, if, one day, you had to become an admin.

I'm also not going to detail your past here, as i hope it's already well known by the ones who are giving their advices on this application, as it's supposed to be on each applications.

After all these applications, you should have learned that having enough playtime and enforcing the rules are not the only requirements to wear an admin tag, there are a lots of requirements, not written, but still obviously needed for such a responsability, and your behaviour in general proves that you are not ,and will never, be worthy of it.

I can't see myself working and sharing my experience with someone that is false, hypocrite, will never hesitate to talk behind someone's back as soon as he'll have the opportunity to, and project a bad image of our community towards players by being an admin for it and doing all the things said above.

Having you in the staff would revive the previous tensions that we have recently got rid of, and for all that i'll -1 your application, hoping that votes will impact on this application.
