• Which server the rule was broken on. // Jailbreak US
• Any useful links such as their HLStats profile / SourceBans search // Stats profile for Hector
• The rule or rules they broke. // Mass freekilling multiple times in one session. There are plenty of witnesses who seen it and some are even making reports just like I am.
• The evidence that they broke the rule or rules above. This is the evidence also AFK warden, but don't think I got the name of him.
