Currently, a rule for jeopardy states:
Questions asked must be of general knowledge as well as reasonable.
Which usually restricts the questions to tf2/common math related questions.

My suggestion is to add this to the rule (or something similar):
Questions asked must be of general knowledge as well as reasonable. However, if all of the participating reds in Jeopardy are consenting, the warden can say questions from a subject beyond the common knowledge threshold.
Basically, if all the reds are willing to, the warden can choose to play something like Dark Souls(or something else pop culture/niche) trivia. This would make Trivia more interesting and still keep it within the bounds of the rules and would prevent favoritism with the added stipulation.
I already kind of see this done sometimes and it doesn't really seem to be a huge issue with it when everyone is fine with it, so I thought I'd suggest this.

i see this just leading to problems tho, if someone like the warden is only knowledgeable in the subject what is stopping them from just making up a right answer. I understand all reds must consent but the warden could say something like Skyrim trivia and then ask a super specific / Niche question and just make up the answer with no one to call them out on if its right or wrong.

I feel like if we do add this it would just add to more confusion, as there would be some people who just see wardening doing among us trivia and think, "Oh, I can do any subject I want" and not know the full rule.
Also it would just be a pain to get all the reds to say yes.

Wizard101 trivia can return

if none of them can answer it then the warden would probably just make an easier question to progress the round
the warden will never be the only one knowledgeable because all of the reds have to be willing to do the subject
I don't see how doing a weird question in skyrim trivia (with everyone ok with skyrim trivia) is different from doing some dumb tf2 lore question that youll only know by looking at the bottom left corner of page #23 on issue 4 or whatever, yet thats always allowed to do.

Stewing on this one for a bit.
On one hand, it opens the door for creativity, or light hearted out-of-the-box trivia.
On the other hand, it conflates things for probably little gain.

Tbh I think even in those scenarios, most admins would be okay with it so no harm to add it.

I need to piss everyone off with mass fortnite trivia again so yes

For last requests, they still need the consent of reds participating (since LR wasnt mentioned in this post, it doesnt get a pass), but I'm guessing you could alternate between general knowledge with different contestants during mass jeopardy.

"Questions asked must be of general knowledge as well as reasonable."
Will Become:
"Questions must be reasonable and based on general knowledge, however if all participants consent, more specific topics can be used provided the questions remain fair and relevant"

Feedback on wording please, rule change will go in effect on the first of April.
