Completed [JB] Quake minus the Quake (1 Viewer)

Hi, the map jb_quake_redux was released earlier this year, it had a really cool but understandably controversial gimmick which was the main reason the map was not accepted last time it was suggested.

As of today the creator has made a version that removes this gimmick making the map play like regular TF2 Jailbreak. The creator has noted that there may be some bugs associated with this move, if you find any please let me know so I can forward them to him, but from a quick test the map seems to function as expected.

On a slightly unrelated note the map ba_mayan_jungle_r2 also got an update, mostly bug fixes so I'll just shove it in here since my last thread got locked.

I was never able to attend maptests, is this version much different from the quake we have? would keeping the old version alongside this suggested one be like the "hopjb v12/v9" situation from a while back?

IIRC the map has all of the same games as the old one, the layout is a tad different but it's mostly the same map with a new coat of paint, a couple new mini's, and some secrets changed around as well.

Holding off my vote until we playtest. When we initially tested the map aside from the change in players into quake characters it was really good. Will be likely voting yes unless a major flaw with the map gets found

I will likely not have time to host a playtest for a while, I would recommend you do some testing on your own time.

Yeah I'll be completely honest I think the gimmick the original version of Quake redux would've been too much a major adjustment. Glad to see there's now a version that removes that gimmick.
