-Frontier Flyboy
-Legend of Bugfoot
-Eureka Effect (optional)

also optional is to make everyone Engineer

This "LR" doesnt seem like it would be a popular choice.
heres my reasonings.

-Some people main classes, so they wouldnt like to play a class they dont like/play.

-"Class Wars" and "Class Chaos" will probably overshadow "Fly Day"

-Eureka effect cool idea BUT the warden can just close the cells the entire round OR let a guard camp the cell area.

Those are the reasons that instantly come to mind for me

So I believe there are concerns about issues with valve's tos with this one due to giving out temp cosmetics to all players.
Although they've never really enforced it, panda would rather keep out of breaking tos in case it's an issue in the long run.
