It is a way to avoid punishment so I doubt this will happen. But I think you actually can do custom lrs while gagged.

No can do, tried earlier today and still didn't work

So, I may be wrong but i believe you can still set an LR while still being gagged by using (TEAMCHAT). Could be wrong.

Either way i don't think this is an actual suggestion and seems to be more an outlet of frustration over being gagged.

Gonna mark this as declined due to the lack of coding/resources to accomplish this as well as the fact the suggestion is low effort.
