Leaving this rule unspoken merely hurts new players. Keep it mind many of these unspoken rules we regulars know, new players will not, even those that do read the rules.

I think the issue is, you guys are viewing it as a rule. When it really just isn't. It's just a restriction you can apply. Rules are supposed to outline what can't be done. It's pointless going around listing everything you can do. The Trivia rule clarification clarified on cases where theatre cannot be done.
Essentially what you're asking for is to add what isn't a rule at all. To the rules. Which just doesn't make any sense.

Making false orders KOS is allowed, he is just stating it should be stated in the rules. I’m on the side that we don’t need every single instance/situation in the rules because it is unneccessary. The only good point I can prob think of is that there isn’t anything in the rules currently stating you can/cannot restrict false orders. It’s a simple addition, tho I do see it being unneccessary to those who understand what fake orders are. Truthfully if it isn’t stated it should be understood imo that we don’t need a complete outline of every situation, ever.

Also want to point out what meatloaf said, if the current admin team is unable to differentiate this rule, and is telling the playerbase different rules to different people, then a suggestion like this is necessary to fix confusion. Even if the admin is corrected, tons of players i imagine are still in the mindset that you cannot restrict false orders.

This is for those that disagree with the rule itself.
The roll in its current form DOES exist, it is just unwritten, so the options provided are;

Yes; Keep the rule and add the proposed the addendum
No; Keep the rule unwritten to avoid bloat within the rules
Warden cannot make False Orders KOS (aside from everyone off mic for 30 seconds); Remove the unwritten rule
For obvious reason these options are all mutually exclusive

Should've kept this "update" to a different suggestion. Although it's not going to warrant a change in my vote. Fact of the matter is, it's never been a rule. It's a restriction the warden can apply since it doesn't interfere with any existing rule that says you can't. The supposed issue of new players not being aware of the fact they can do it is weird. Since that applies to every restriction. They learn from watching other wardens do it. Like how is a new player going to know that they can restrict medics healing. They don't. They learn from watching more experienced wardens. That's how it goes for literally every single restriction. The suggestion itself has always been stupid. The only thing of value is the addition of the vote to ban it outright.
