Okay this case was a tad complicated to see. in clip 1 chicken shot a button on accident, that can happen. in clip 2 i really cant tell who it was the first time, it might have been a red using +use
however around 1:14 if you go frame by frame you can hear it is a scout pistol SFX and no scout on frame is using their pistol/running the shooting animation. you can also hear from audio the gunshot is behind the recorder,
chicken will be punished for the last button press, as it was obviously intentional
