bottle in spawn, bottle in soccer, flag near the entrance to the courtyard, one in closet in theater/jeopardy, and last one is in the room you cant access above the corridor that takes you to russian roulette that you can open by smashing the hidden electrical thing by jumprope, dunno if i missed one
