Date and Time of the Ban:I forgot the time I was banned
Reason about the Ban: No working mic
Admin that Banned you: I don't know
Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban:
I was able to find a new pair of razer headphones that have a built in mic. I have tested them in casual servers and they work which shows me that they will be functional when I play as a guard for jailbreak.

@Denzel Crocker Has confirmed you do have a microphone.

Teambans can only be removed while on the server with an admin. Just let a jailbreak admin know about your appeal and your teamban should be lifted.
