Why should you receive a unban for the ban / gag / mute / teamban: in the video that was sent in the report that got me banned,it was clearly an accident,i had no intention of mass freekilling but i was teleported out of nowhere and i got scared but i did slay myself,this mistake will not happen again,

I agree with this, normally a teamban for accidentally mass freekilling is not a permanent ban, however due to your extensive history of guardbans with multiple instances of mass freekillings this teamban had to be permanent. I won't be lifting this as I think you need some time off of blue team.
