Jumping from a 4h gag to a week then into a perma isn't really the brightest gag to apply imo, since there's a massive gap between the two..but if he breaks the rules once again we're going to apply it.
I've noticed that the gag expires in less than two days aswell, kinda late to make an appeal no?

As for the big jump you are talking about, rules are rules. They are set for a reason, which we usually never bend. Sometimes of course, shit happends and listcomms is not checked. As for this one, IMO it should be perm. It is not your fault that the admins before you made such bad choises with their lengths.
