Completed [FF2] Rescue Ranger Buff (1 Viewer)

I'd like to suggest a small buff to the rescue ranger since it's not very useful in its current state, most engineers rely on their pistols 90% of the time.

My suggestion is to simply give it full crits to make it a bit more useful.
