[FF2] MAJOR Update Suggestion (1 Viewer)

This is a suggestion post regarding some gameplay/hale changes that I think need changing which would benefit the Freak Fortress 2 server. This isn`t a voting post, voting post will we available in 2-3 days so that everyone can write down their personal opinions on the changes and how they would tweak them depending on their experience, everyones ideas will be analysed and I`ll post fixes down below. This post will hit character limit so I`ll have to separate it into 2 possibly 3 parts (the post itself and 1-2 comments below).

I Classes

SCOUT

-Reduce knockback from Force-a-Nature`s blast by 33%
-Reduce Sandman`s stun by 2 seconds
-Increase Sandman`s recharge time by 2 seconds
-Increase Wrap Assassin`s recharge time by 4 seconds
-Reduce jump height whilst using Force-a-Nature and BFB by 15%
-Reduce Winger`s jump height boost to 15% rather than 25%
-Reduce Winger`s ammo carrying capacity by 4
-Reduce jump height whilst using Atomizer by 5%
-Increase Mad Milk`s recharge time by 3 seconds
-Reduce pistol (Classic, Lug, CAPPER) clip size by 3
+Increase pistol (Classic, Lug, CAPPER) ammo carrying capacity by 9
+Increase Winger`s clip size by 3
+Make Winger deal critical hits
+Increase Crit-a-Cola`s effect duration by 2 seconds
+Reduce Flying Guillotine`s recharge time by 1 second.
+Add an ability for pistol (Classic, Lug, CAPPER) to recharge Bonk! Atomic Punch by 1% of the current recharge time per 1 successful hit
SOLDIER
ROCKET JUMPER SOLUTION #1:
-Add 20 HitPoint self-damage
-Increase reload time by 33%
-Decrease ammo carrying capacity by 24
+Increase clip size by 1
ROCKET JUMPER SOLUTION #2:
-Add 9 HitPoint self-damage
-Increase reload time by 100%
-Decrease ammo carrying capacity by 40

-Add an ability where upon draining buff (Buff Banner, Battalion`s Backup, Concheror) rage, the player`s speed decreases by 20% for 4 seconds
-Add an ability where upon draining buff (Buff Banner, Battalion`s Backup, Concheror) rage, the player receives “Marked for Death” for 4 seconds
-Increase Black Box`s self-damage by 10%
-Decrease Black Box`s healing factor by 10 HitPoints
+Decrease Black Box`s reload time by 15%
+Increase Black Box`s rocket speed by 10%
+Increase Black Box`s clip size by 2
+Add an ability when whilst using Half-Zatoichi, player`s speed increases by 10%
+Add an ability where upon using Battalion`s Backup Buff, the player`s speed increases by 10% (Does stack with Half-Zatoichi)
PYRO
-Increase ammo cost per blast by 40
-Decrease health recovery time from healing sources (Dispenser, Medic) by 33%
-Decrease received health from other healing sources (Small, Medium, Large Health Pack) by 10%
-Increase self-damage from Flare Gun, Detonator and Scorch Shot by 5%
+Increase the player`s speed whilst using any shotgun by 18%
DEMOMAN
-Decrease Scottish Resistance`s number of stickybombs out at once by 3
+Add an ability where upon receiving a hit whilst using an active shield (not destroyed), instead of the shield taking a hit there is a 50% of transferring 20% of Hale`s hit damage to the player
+Add an ability where upon losing the shield, the player`s speed increases by 33% for 5 seconds and after that decreases by 10% of its original value for 2 seconds.
+Add an ability where upon hitting an enemy with Ullapool Caber, The Ullapool Caber keeps its original state and again further on
+Increase Frying Pan`s damage by 20%
HEAVY
+Increase the player`s speed by additional 10% with prior speed buff whilst using Family Business
+Increase speed buff duration upon a successful hit with Eviction Notice by additional second with prior speed buff duration
ENGINEER
-Reduce Pomson 6000`s damage by 15%
-Increase Launch Pad build time by 10%
-Reduce Sentry knockback by 15% (if impossible, check III Hales)
+Increase Rescue Ranger`s damage by 50%
MEDIC
-Decrease charge rate by 1%
-Decrease round start Übercharge amount by 10%
-Add an ability when whilst using Übersaw, the player receives “Marked for Death”
-Decrease the player`s health by 5 HitPoints while having Crusader`s Crossbow equipped
-Decrease Crusader`s Crossbow`s ammo carrying capacity by 12
-Decrease Solemn Vow`s attack speed by 10%
+Increase heal rate of all mediguns by 6%
+Increase the player`s speed while using Übersaw by 5%
+Add an ability for Solemn Vow to add 13% ÜberCharge upon successful hit
+Increase Solemn Vow`s damage by 33%
SNIPER
MELEE WALL CLIMB SOLUTION #1:
-Increase damage taken from wall climbing by 22
+Increase wall climb height by 9 Hammer Units

SPY
-Increase stun lock upon successful backstab by 2 seconds
-Reduce Big Earner`s speed boost on backstab by 1 second
-Reduce Conniver`s Kunai backstab health absorption factor by 15%
-Reduce the player`s speed by 3% while using Conniver`s Kunai
-Reduce L`Etranger`s cloak charge on hit to 9% instead of 15%
-Reduce L`Etranger`s cloak duration to +30% instead of +40%
-Reduce cloak meter refill from ammo crates by 10%
+Increase L`Etranger`s damage by 5%
+Reduce Conniver`s Kunai health penalty by 5 HitPoints
+Increase the player`s health by 15 HitPoints while having Sharp Dresser equipped
+Increase Diamondback`s damage by 33%
+Make Big Kill deal critical hits (if not already implemented)
+Increase Big Kill`s damage by 50%
 
II The Legends
Saint Heffe

+Add Back Saint Heffe
-Reduce number of smites per rage by 1 (default is 3)
-Increase rage drain per wing flap by 0.4%
-Increase knockback from sentries by 25%
-Increase knockback from airblasts to 20%
+Keep standard 2 lives
+Life loss summons golden light beams (similar to sandvich)(~1764x1764 Hammer Units – radius) that stun both players and Heffe, makes Heffe invulnerable
+Rage stuns both players (radius of 3021 Hammer Units) and Heffe for Heffe to recite the whole Bible, receives 2 smites upon finishing the prayer, stuns sentries for 13 seconds (Prayer audio lasts around 11-12 seconds), receives 2 smites upon finishing the prayer
+Add an ability where upon using a smite (Middle Click), instead of instantly killing the closest player, Heffe must point at the ground (similar to Spyper`s Point Teleport) with maximum range of 2135 Hammer Units to call a Smite Beam which charges up for 2,7 seconds before releasing its energy in circle with radius (2r) of 465 Hammer Units, instantly vaporizing anyone who got caught in its blast radius
-Add smite cooldown of 10 seconds
+Add “Super” jump (Right Click/Crouch) of 352 Hammer Units
-Add “Super” jump cooldown of 8 seconds
-Add “Super” jump charge up time of 2.6 seconds
+Add WEIGHTDOWN! ability
-Add WEIGHTDOWN! cooldown of 4 seconds
+Increase speed by 10 Hammer Units
+Add Rage automatic increase during Last Man Standing by 0,5% per second

-Increase Rage drain whilst using Smackdown ability (Drastic movement speed and attack speed increase + knockback reduction of 33%) by additional 0,3% per second
-Require Chuck Norris to have a minimum of 50% rage in order to use his Smackdown ability (Middle Click)
+Keep “Super” jump HIGH (almost as same as Handsome Jack`s)(Right Click/R)
-Increase “Super” jump cooldown to 5,1 seconds instead of 4,7 seconds
+Decrease “Super” jump charge up time by 0,3 seconds
-Increase WEIGHTDOWN! cooldown to 9 seconds
+Add “Fear” effect onto sentries for 7 seconds upon activating rage

A HUMAN SENTRY BUSTER

+Allow Hotline Sniper to receive critical hits upon taunting

THE MIMICER
+Allow The Mimicer to disguise upon landing a successful backstab (personally don’t know why this was removed)
-Set disguised Mimicer to “Über“ state of the backstabbed player`s class
+Make “Background” music even more unnerving

ZERSTORER
-Reduce “Explosion” rage radius by 10 Hammer Units
-Reduce rage received from airblast by 3 (8% or smth like that is default)

DEMONMAN

SEEMANxSEELDIER
+Reduce damage dealt to Seeman whilst performing “Explosion” rage by 50% (if not already implemented)
-Reduce “Fear” effect duration on players caused by Seeldier`s rage by 2 seconds
+Add an ability where upon activating rage, Seeldier receives 50% of Battalion`s Backup protection buff and 75% of Concheror`s speed buff (Soldier Original Speed is 240 Hammer Units per second [HU/s], Concheror`s buff raises it to 336 HU/s) that affects both Seeldier and minions in his vicinity (450 Hammer Units – RADIUS) which both equally last for 5 seconds
+Increase both Seeman and Seeldier`s health on Full Server by 750 HitPoints

Sentry Knockback
+Decrease Sentry knockback on specific hales by 15-25% depending on their previous knockback reductions from older update posts

I'm gonna be honest, the amount of suggested changes here is kinda overwhelming and a lot of them aren't really necessary. To me FF2 is somewhat fine in its current state, maybe there's a few bosses that require nerfs (e.g Zerstorer) and a few that require buffs (e.g Foxy) but there's no need to basically change the entire gamemode.

I definitely agree that something should be done to the Rocket Jumper, Sniper Knockback and Sentry Knockback though.

Rocket jumper wasn't around when I played a lot so I won't talk about that, but a lot of the weapon nerfs will make people never use those weapons (example being the Wrap Assassin, all of scouts pistols, black box, banners, etc) and just seem extremely unnecessary. Some of the weapon buffs I'd be down for if it means they will see more use and actually be viable to use though. I do think Sniper knockback and some sentry knockback needs to happen though, (not too much where level 3 has barely any and only level 2 has knockback)
But I do agree with Kruphixx on the hale buffs/nerfs, especially on those who need it and not every single one. (Foxy I rarely saw ever)

I can agree to all the previous replys (from @GooseDot and @Kruphixx )

Adding more bosses would just put up even more work and more downloads, also considering that we have like 6-7 bosses planned to add? Removing bosses needs to be done through suggestions unless a boss is really broken or barely functions. (saying this because, Kevin told me that he doesnt want too many bosses on the server so if you want more bosses added, then i suggest doing a suggestion to remove a certain boss or multiple that are barely being played *cough* foxy..)

There are only 3 things i would agree with:

Buffing Rocks mobility a bit.
nerfing Sniper which is tasked up btw
and perhaps reducing sentry knockback by a bit if thats possible somehow.

EDIT: forgot to mention that Zerstorer needs a nerf but thats his rage damage formula and perhaps the delay of his explosion upon activation
